🚗 How old do I need to be to rent a golf cart (LSV)?

Golf carts are classified as Low-Speed Vehicles (LSV) under Florida law.
To rent and drive one, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.


📋 What are the rental requirements?

To rent a golf cart, you must:

  • Be 21 years or older
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Provide a major credit card (no debit cards) matching your ID
  • Have valid full coveraje vehicle insurance.

🛡️ Do I need insurance to rent a golf cart?

Yes, you must have active full coverage auto insurance to rent and operate a golf cart.


🛣️ Where can I drive a golf cart (LSV)?

Golf carts may be driven on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less.

🚫 Not allowed on:

  • Hutchinson Blvd (Middle Beach Rd)
  • Panama City Beach Parkway (Back Beach Rd)
  • U.S. Highway 98
  • Beaches, sidewalks, and bike paths

Additional restrictions may apply—please follow all local traffic laws.


🪑 Do I need to wear seat belts?

Yes — seat belts must be worn at all times.


👶 Are car seats or booster seats required for children?

Yes. According to Florida law, if your child requires a car seat or booster seat in a car, the same applies in a golf cart.

⚠️ For liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for you.


⚡ How fast do the golf carts go?

Our golf carts have a maximum speed of approximately 25 mph.


🚚 Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery may be available for rentals of 24 hours or more and for additional fee.

The renter must be present at delivery with:

  • Driver’s license
  • Credit card
  • Proof of insurance

🚨 What should I do in case of an accident?

  1. Check for injuries and call 911 if medical assistance is needed.

  3. Notify us immediately so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
